Now we are looking for a Business development manager, courageous and ready to face challenges, to join our team. There is a great opportunity to head the department of sales in our company

    About project

    We are looking for a person equipped with knowledge and experience to join the sales and partnership department in the company. You mainly, though not exclusively, will be responsible for bringing new clients, establishing new partnerships and growing the network. We hope for the person, ready to take the whole sales department and polish existing and wet up new processes, where needed. We would expect someone active, open-minded and with “continuous learning and improving” mind-set

    Qualifications and skills

    • Solid proven experience in Sales managing activities: at least 4+ years of experience in sales management/client management in an IT company
    • Good understanding of Sales and marketing techniques: from engaging and closing customer, to post-sales account development
    • Tech-savvy: understanding of modern software development practices and processes, both tech-specific and generic
    • Excellent communication and engaging skills
    • Experience of working with international customers, open-mindness, flexibility in approaches
    • Customer and service oriented mindset
    • Fluent English an absolute must
    • Existing network with potential customers will be a big plus


    • Head the Business Development Office of the company: review and audit existing procedures, tailor and develop new ones
    • Bringing new accounts, correspondent to our current model
    • Growing network and improving level of our services on all levels
    • Driving your particular department in the company
    • Meeting department’s KPIs
    • Ensuring high-level customer service
    • Be an active part of strategic team of the company
