    Qualifications and skills

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Account/Engagement/Sales Manager dealing with US and/or European clients;Ability to adapt to dynamic circumstances and various cooperation formats
    • Hands-on experience of account management in outstaff/team extension projects
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2 or higher)
    • Great interpersonal abilities to create, maintain and enhance client relationships
    • Technical competence (understanding of software development lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and major stacks & services in the industry)
    • Commercial awareness, ability to identify and effectively communicate commercial opportunities
    • Strong service/client-oriented attitude
    • Goal-oriented mindset combined with solid knowledge of managerial processes

    • Being good at handling conflicts between parties
    • Stress-resilience
    • Knowledge and experience with risk management practices
    • Worked with startups in the past


    • Being a point of escalation for issues with team members and/or their performance (including the PM, if any)
    • Building great business relationships with the customer over time
    • Serving as a guarantor of client satisfaction
    • Ensuring proper recruitment process & progress
    • Working alongside client partner associate (-s) to make sure all stakeholders are satisfied with cooperation (client, internal stakeholders like HR, Recruitment, Finances)
    • Taking part in pre-sale and up-selling activities
    • Control over the team’s performance
    • Cooperation with CP-As (= junior client partners/AMs) to be able to manage a larger portfolio
    • Formation of efficient teams for the clients (substitution if needed, team balance, etc.) and ensuring they are financially beneficial for the company (proper margins, predictability)
    • Conflict resolution
