Become1 is a German startup aimed at employers, providing solutions for management, budgeting, organization, and automation of tax-subsidized employee benefits. The product is mainly directed at the German market with a goal to include the overall European market.

Qualifications and skills
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Confident with the product’s technical stack of Node.js / Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Hexagonal Architecture, REST & GraphQL, ReactJS, MUI v5, Apollo GraphQL, Google Cloud, Terraform
- Dedication to building a foundation of automated unit and integration tests for the code you commit
- Ability to work independently, take the initiative, and be responsible for delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment with high-level of team collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Nice to have
- Previous experience creating solutions for the HR industry
- Previous experience working in early-stage startups
- Knowledge of professional keywords like DDD, TDD, DRY, SRP, DI, etc
Responsibilities
- Work in a SCRUM team with other frontend and backend developers to integrate APIs and services
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs
- Participate in code reviews
- Provide suggestions for improvements
- Keep up to date with changing technologies
