About project
OxeFit’s core technology integrates robotics, movement and performance tracking, advanced coaching and analytics, to help individuals and teams become more fit. The system will offer opportunities to connect, collaborate, and ultimately transform the health of consumers, athletes, military personnel, and clinical rehab markets, while the extensive content expands beyond strength training into lifestyle and educational programs covering nutrition, health, mindfulness, and overall wellness topics
For athletes and consumers, assessment of velocity, power, and force is important since varying these measures can yield significant results. Currently, this type of comprehensive testing is conducted in laboratories or special facilities which can be cost-prohibitive, difficult to access, and limiting. With the OxeFit system, assessment, coaching, training and measurement occurs simultaneously and work synergistically with existing technology. Real-time feedback on these metrics will help them achieve the most efficient workout while post-workout analytics will generate the next workout for optimal effectiveness

Qualifications and skills
- 5+ years in game design & related
- Portfolio with samples of games developed
- Familiarity with professional design tools like Figma
- Good knowledge of Unity game designing aspects
- Solid knowledge of the Android environment
- Skills in creating visual, graphic, and audio elements in games
- Great communicator and team player, and follows directions
- Self-motivated with a drive for excellence
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience working in continuous delivery environments where the pace is fast
- A strong understanding of great design for various devices
- A plus if you’re into fitness (we’re a fitness company)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to produce high-quality UI game screen designs, including all scenes & objects in the game
- Composing sequence and flow diagrams
- Designing the user experience of the game (aka how it will operate from the player’s perspective)
- Write scripts and design storyboards
- On occasion, conduct user/market research, and defend design choices based on those, as well as heuristics or usability standards
