About project
Kinscape is a private social network tailored for friends, family, and organizations to share stories, relay vital information, and exchange photos. We’re in the process of evolving it into a 2.0 version with enhanced design, added features, and a brand-new mobile application. We’re seeking a dedicated developer to join our development team focused on building the MVP of the updated product and fostering its future expansion

Team composition
The team, consisting of 5 individuals (2 designers, CTO, BA, and PM), has recently completed the discovery phase. Additionally, we plan to onboard 4 developers and a QA tester to join us for the development phase

Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable field
- 5+ years of proven experience with Flutter
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication
- Team-leading experience is a plus
- Familiarity with web development is a plus
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of updated product
- Mentoring more junior mobile developers
