    At StartupSoft we are building partnerships with successful startups from Silicon Valley and EU by helping them to scale with remote engineers. Now we are looking for a Head of HR department, courageous and ready to face challenges, to join our team. There is a great opportunity to head the department of HR in our company

    About project

    We are looking for a person equipped with knowledge and experience to join the HR department, to manage all HR related activities in the company, as well as office-management and English department team

    Team composition

    3 HR specialists; 2 office-managers and English teacher

    Qualifications and skills

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR space
    • Good acumen of HR industry trends, understanding of IT business peculiarities
    • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
    • Ability to operate within a busy and changing work environment
    • Desire to drive changes
    • Systematic approach
    • Upper – Intermediate level of English

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and lead the HR team in a rapidly changing environment
    • Provide HR support thought partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization
    • Establish continuous improvement of HR-related systems, processes, policies
    • Constant analysis of the market and competitors’ strategies for the implementation of best practices in our company
    • Introduce and drive change management initiatives
    • Keep all employees informed of key organizational issues
    • Monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
    • Coordinate Office management team and English teacher
    • Maintain and develop corporate culture in the company
    • Act as a point of escalation on both operational and strategic matters
    • Develop and monitor HR related budgets
    • Propose and improve retention strategy
    • Ensure that company is able to attract, develop, motivate and retain staff
