    About project

    StatupSoft is looking for talented and energetic HR professionals to navigate the opportunity at our fast-growing and fast-changing company.     Team composition

    Replacement, one team member is taking a sabbatical. Company headcount is more than 150 and we need 3 full-time people partners. At the moment we have 2

    Qualifications and skills

    • Strong communication skills in English (upper-intermediate+)
    • 2+ years experience in employee relations, people operations, compensation/benefits, and/or organizational development
    • High level of stress-resistance
    • Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
    • Action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery of key HR processes
    • Passion for results, able to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner
    • Continuous improvement/simplification mindset and experience
    • Analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on mentality to get things done

    Nice to have

    • Experience in IT industry is a plus, but not a must
    • Experience in working with multinational clients


    • Form effective relationships with team members and consult with line management, providing people guidance when appropriate
    • Respond to employee relations issues to provide context, create a plan in conjunction with the line manager, and keep managers apprised of the status as needed
    • Provide quick response to organizational changes, issues from line managers, clients, employees providing immediate fix
    • Hold key surveys and performance appraisal process for the teams, recommend on compensation review
    • Work with line managers and teams on improving the quality of cooperation and performance
    • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth
    • Assist in customizing HR procedures and policies
    • Assist with company-wide talent management programs
    • Support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives
